I have lived in Detroit, Manhattan, and Los Angeles and RPM is the best experience I have had with mechanics and car repair. Their work was excellent and expedient. My appointment was for Thursday, brought the car in on Tuesday and it was done by Wednesday! The fellas there are also Iowa nice. Until you've worked with a Los Angeles mechanic who seemed angry that you have brought the car in you don't know how refreshing that is! Needed some urgent work done on pretty short notice. I wish I got their names but I was helped by two different guys in two weeks. The owner (I believe) was coming off a vacation and was definitely catching up on things he missed out on. That didn't matter as he was able to get my urgent work done, and order and replace my tires in the same day. They were very nice and attentive.

My car is about 10 years old and coming up on 100,000 miles, so it has had the need for quite a few things in this past year. Rex and his crew have been fantastic. The cost has been incredibly reasonable and their work has been impeccable. They were even able to find the clicking sound the tire area was making...my OCD was driving my insane! Also, they don't try to sell you on things that aren't needed. We will be forever customers! Thanks RPM crew!

My Dad had recommended them to me, after a brake line had popped on my Wife's Expedition. I used to be a mechanic, so it pains me to take vehicles to someone to have them worked on. They were upfront and honest, and very reasonable with their prices. I had called some other shops around town and I got an ear full of BS and a ridiculous quote, not with RPM. Even when the job required more work than anticipated they called me, told me what was wrong and the fix. They were still cheaper with the extra work they had to do than anyone else I called. They even went the extra step and welded an exhaust hanger that had broken, that I was not privy to. Even as someone who knows what their doing its nice to have a good place to take your car when you cant do the work. I'd absolutely recommend these guys to anyone that needs work done on their car, and wont hesitate to send future work to them.
